When will my order ship?

Shipping times updated 3/11/24 - I process and ship out orders every Monday & Thursday (excluding holidays). On weeks that a holiday falls on a Monday, orders will ship out on Tuesday & Friday that week.

How do you ship your stickers & single cards?

I ship all sticker, single card & some patch orders by default via letter (snail) mail, this saves a lot of shipping costs for my customers. If you want tracked shipping, there is an option at checkout to upgrade.

How should I care for original watercolor paintings?

Thank you so much for your interest in my work! I want my artwork to last for a long, long, looooong time and I take care in picking the right materials to assure that can happen. All my watercolor paintings are painted on 100% cotton watercolor paper using high quality professional grade watercolor paints. I highly recommend matting watercolor artwork and framing behind glass and hanging/displaying in a location that is out of direct sunlight (original artwork of any kind should be hung out of direct sunlight). Framing behind glass will protect your painting from dust and elements that will likely cling to the cotton paper if left unprotected and stain the paper. 

How do you ship original watercolor paintings or artwork?

I make sure to package all original work carefully to make sure it will arrive undamaged. All original pieces will be insured during shipping as they are the only one available and cannot be replaced. Please note that once packages leave my hands I am no longer responsible for them, tracking will always be provided to the customer so they can see the status of their parcel. USPS will not reimburse insured packages that have been stolen (nor will I) it is up to the customer to provide a safe place for deliveries. Once packages have been marked as delivered in their system it is considered in your care. If your package is missing I highly recommend contacting your local post office as they will have a GPS scan of when it was marked as delivered to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong address. 

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes! I'm now accepting international orders on my website. I update my list of countries that are not accepting international mail due to COVID as information becomes available. Please check your countries policies if you're unsure wether they're accepting shipments or not. If you live in the EU - I have an Etsy store and I take all my EU orders there. If you're interested in an original and located in the EU, please email me and I will set up a custom listing for you on Etsy. Etsy link can be found in the Shop Link section of the home menu.

Do you sell your products in store?
